I like how well mushrooms and pork chop go together. I paired it with bacon roasted green beans and mashed potatoes. The only thing I would do differently would probably be to sear the pork chops before adding everything else. Nice hearty meal!

I followed this recipe exactly and was rather disappointed. They didn't have much flavor except for being very salty. Also, mine turned out rather tough. I cooked for another 20 minutes, and they were edible but definitely not fork tender. I used boneless chops and wondered if I should have used bone in.
